Data & Privacy Requests

You can ask us to export a copy of your personal data or to delete your account and personal data. You don't need to be logged in — we'll confirm the request by email to make sure it's really you.

• Export — receive a machine-readable copy of the data we hold about you (access & portability).
• Delete — permanently erase your account and personal data. Some records we're legally required to keep (e.g. billing entries) are retained in anonymized form.

If you're in the EU/EEA/UK we respond to verified requests within 30 days. A confirmation email is required before any request is processed.
