By accessing or using Yapping, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Yapping provides a platform for users to engage in conversations, share content, and connect with others. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

• Engage in unlawful multi-level marketing
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Collect users' information without their consent
• Impersonate another person
• Post content that is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic violence
• Develop or operate third-party applications containing alcohol-related, dating, or other mature content without appropriate age restrictions
• Use the platform to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory
• Facilitate or encourage any violations of these Terms

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Yapping and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your content.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yapping, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yapping is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
